In Person Purchase Exchange

This listing is created in the event you have purchased an item in person and need to exchange it via post.
We are happy to be accommodative with exchanges wherever possible to ensure you have the item that works best for you. Please confirm via email beforehand that the item you wish to exchange is available.
The fee is to simply cover the administrative time and restocking costs incurred in processing the return and sending the replacement. Our standard shipping cost will be added to this on checkout.
Exchanges can be done free of charge in person at our regular market in Spitalfields on our regular trading dates (most weekends in East London). If you prefer to do this we simply ask you to communicate the details of what you wish to exchange and on what date prior to your visit to ensure it is available for you.
You will be provided with an address to send the item to via email. Once returns are received and checked replacents will then be sent out
