We have a 30-day hassle-free returns or exchange policy. We simply ask you return your items back to us in their original, unworn condition.
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after you receive you order.

When returning an item make sure to include your name, order number so we can identify the parcel. If applicable also include details of what you would like to exchange for and we will get back to you with full details on how complete the return
If you wish to return/exchange in person this can be done at our Old Spitalfields location. Please message beforehand to ensure this can be done smoothly.
We are a small independent business and are unable to offer free returns. This means you will be required to pay for the postage to return an item. However, if you wish to exchange for a different item/size/colour we will happily send out replacement items free of charge.

Where are you based?
One & Other is a London based independent UK business
All orders are personally dispatched from our HQ in London.
If your order is international and outside of the please factor this into the delivery time.
Do you have a physical store?
We trade in Old Spitalfileds Market every Saturday and Sunday, as well as the 2nd & 4th Friday of each month.
If we are ever unable to trade our regular dates this will be displayed in announcement bar on the website.
Additionally we exhibit at a selection of fairs, festivals and events throughout the year, find our upcoming events here
UK shipping is free on all orders over £70! Otherwise delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.50 per order
Orders are typically dispatched in 1-3 working days.
Orders are sent using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which typically takes 1-3 days to arrive. Tracking details will be sent to you within your dispatch notification email
Shipping to the USA is free on all orders over $180. Otherwise shipping is charged at a flat rate $15
Orders to the USA are sent via a courier then entered into the USPS using a tracked service. You will recieve tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders under $800 are exempt from import duties or taxes. However please independently verify this as we cannot be responsible for local taxes and duties.
Please actively check the tracking information when your order is in transit to make sure the final stage of the delivery is completed smoothly. Being on top of the tracking information is the easiest way to ensure you get your parcel efficiently.
Undelivered and unclaimed items will be resturned to sender after a certain period of time. Returned item may incur postage fees to return the item to us. If you opt not to pay to resend out the items once returned to us, we will deduct any incurred costs for processing your order from your refund.
We ship internationally to the rest of the world!
Please be aware that you are responsible for any local customs or duties charges that may arrise from recieving your order. Please check your local charges to ensure you are hapopy before placing an order

Where is my order?
As a first port of call please check any tracking information you have been provided. You should have received a dispatch notification with tracking information inside.

How will my items be packaged?
All orders are sent out in plastic free paper or cardboard packaging
Parcel Returned To Sender
Please actively follow your parcel as it is being delivered to ensure the smooth arrival of your order.
If items are returned to sender we are happy to rearrange reposting the items. However we will request shipping costs be paid to resend the parcel.
This may happen if incorrect delivery information has been provided or items have not been collected from a collection office.
We also reserve the right to deduct incurred order processing and postage costs from refunds if you opt not to have your order reposted out to you.

What is your refund policy?
We have a 30 day hassle free returns or exchange policy.
Simply inform us you wish to return/exchange via email or the contact form here. Then post your items you items back to us to the address provided within 7 days. Please retain a proof of postage.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. If this is not the case items may be returned back to you.
Do you offer free returns?
As a small, independent business we are unfortunately unable to offer free shipping on returns.
If you wish to return an item we simply ask that you return your item back to us in its original, unworn condition.
What is your exchange policy
We fully understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right after purchasing online. For instance. the size might be a little off or the colour not as you imagined.
We are happy to offer to resend replacements out free of charge to ensure you get the product you are fully happy with.
We simply ask you return the item you wish to exchange back to us in its original unworn condition. After we receive the items back we will get the replacements out to you asap
Can i return or exchange an item in person?
Yes we offer the service or returning or exchanging an item in person at our Old Spitalfields location.
Please contact us beforehand to arrange your return/exchange to ensure we have the stock available at the time you visit. We will provide full details of where and when to visit via email
